| Are you in stores? |
| Yes, we are in some boutiques around the London region and New York. Recently, we’ve expanded our presence across UK and the US, please refer to the stockist list for boutique names and addresses. We know it's difficult at the moment to find us but we are trying hard to expand our presence so our customers can find Myolee and fall in love with its beautiful clothes. So please watch this space to keep posted on where Myolee is available in shops. |
| You are a London designer; do you ship outside of the UK? |
| Yes, we stock at some boutiques in the USA and in Singapore as well as in London. Please refer to the stockist list should you wish to visit the stores to see the collection. Otherwise, we do and have shipped items internationally. Please email sales@myolee.com with a quotation of shipping fees for the number of items you are interested to buy so we can confirm the postage and packaging costs. info@myolee.com |

We have a mailing list and would love for you to join so you can get news from us, special discount and preview the new collection. As we continue to expand our vendor list, you will be notified. Just drop us a note here.

Terms and conditions to mailing list: We will send out communication to you regarding sale events, new stockists and when we bring on the new collection for the season. We do not share our database and your contact information is under Data Protection Act in the UK. Your contact details will not be disclosed in our communications so your information is safe. |
| What is your exchange/returns policy? |
We will refund an item if the following conditions are met:
- Purchase was received by the customer within 5 days and a refund request was sent to us at myolee on sales@myolee.com
- Each product of clothing is in it’s original tags and packaging and has not been worn or damaged upon transit.
Returns items sent back to Myolee will be checked. Once approved, refunds will be given to the customer. Please send returns to the following address:

Refund amount does not include the original shipping cost. Myolee is not held liable for damage to garments caused in transit. If Myolee was bought via one of our vendors, then the returns policy of the vendor supercedes this notice. |
